Internal Wall	:	Plastered walls and ceilings of living/dining room and bedrooms are finished with emulsion paint.
Flooring	:	Living/dining room and bedrooms are finished with cement sand flooring.
Windows/Sliding Doors	:	Champagne gold anodized aluminium frame with light green tinted glass.
Bay Windows	:	All bay window sills are finished with marble.
Doors	:	Main entrance doors at Carpark level and Ground Floor level are solid core fire rated, veneered with teak and walnut, fitted with high class lockset and magic eye viewer, matched with teak door frame.
Internal Stairs	:	Cement sand screeding treads with metal parapet and handrail.
Kitchen & Bathrooms	:	Waterproof cement sand screeding, cement sand wall finishes. Hot & cold water points and gas points are provided inside kitchen. Hot & cold water points are provided in bathrooms.
Electrical Installation	:	Concealed wiring with adequate lighting and power points are installed. Telephone and TV points are provided at living/dining room and bedrooms. 'Clipsal E2000' switch and socket panels are used, except the telephone and TV points
TV Antenna	:	Communal TV/FM and satellite TV antenna wiring system and outlet points are installed.
Air-conditioners	:	'Trane' split type air conditioners for living/dining room and bedrooms are installed.
Gas & Hot Water Supply	:	Each house is equipped with two 'Noritz' outdoor temperature modulated circulating type water heaters. Gas point for BBQ stove also provided at garden.
Security System	:	Panic alarm button is provided at master bedroom, doorphone system provided at main entrance of carpark level and linked to the video-doorphone set in each unit. CCTV cameras are provided at prominent locations in the carpark, landscape deck and club house.
